When you need more with less space
Conventional pallet racking spends most of its floor on aisles. Every aisle is space you pay rent, heating and, in a cold store, refrigeration on, and none of it holds a pallet. Four-directional shuttles navigate the whole storage block rather than a single lane, so pallets go in deeper and the aisles come out. The building does not change. What it holds does.

High-density racking
Multi-deep, multi-level cold-rolled rack to 22 m, fast to install and reconfigurable as the operation changes.
Pallet shuttle
Travels on rail in all four directions to every location. 16 driven wheels, positioning to ±3 mm by photoelectric and RFID.
Layer-changing hoist
Servo gear-and-rack, 2,000 kg capacity at 48 m/min, with an anti-fall lock that holds the load through a power loss.
Conveyors & charging
Chain in/out lines at 1,500 kg, and charging stations where shuttles top up while idle for 8h of running.
How it works
From inbound to outbound
A block of racking, shuttles that travel in four directions inside it, a lift that moves them between levels, and a handover point where pallets enter and leave. Density is decided by how deep the block goes; throughput by how many shuttles work it.
