This website is operated by HWArobotics ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms are addressed to business users. This website is intended for companies evaluating, specifying or purchasing automated storage and retrieval equipment, and is not directed at consumers.

It is important to be clear about the boundary between this document and the contracts under which we actually supply equipment.

Access to and use of this website, the content published on it, materials made available for download, and enquiries submitted through our forms.

Not covered here

The sale, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty and servicing of our products. Those are governed exclusively by the quotation, order acknowledgement and contract agreed in writing for the project concerned.

If the two conflict

Where anything on this website differs from the signed contract for your project, the contract prevails. Nothing on this website varies, extends or replaces agreed contract terms.

Our processing of personal data is described separately in our privacy policy.

You may browse this website, and view, print or download its content for your own internal business purposes — for example to evaluate our equipment or to prepare a specification.

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation
• Copy, republish or redistribute content commercially without our written permission
• Systematically extract content by automated means, including scraping, crawling for republication, or harvesting contact details
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Submit false information through our enquiry or partner application forms, or impersonate another person or company

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice.

All content on this website — text, photography, drawings, diagrams, layouts, software and technical documentation — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The HWArobotics name and logo, and our product names, are our trademarks. Nothing on this site grants any licence or right to use them. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site, including those of certification bodies, belong to their respective owners.

No right or licence in our patents, designs or know-how is granted by your use of this website.

We take care to keep product information accurate, but performance figures published on this website are indicative and given for general guidance.

Throughput figures

Depend on rack configuration, load profile, order structure, aisle length and the control strategy applied. Figures shown are achievable under stated conditions and are not a guarantee of performance in your facility.

Dimensions and capacities

Are nominal and subject to engineering tolerance. Binding values are those in the approved layout drawings for your project.

Product changes

We develop our products continuously and may change specifications, features or availability without notice. Images are illustrative and may show optional equipment.

Certification

Certificates shown on our certifications page apply to the examined types and configurations recorded on each certificate.

Performance commitments are only binding where they are stated in a written contract for your project.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Product listings, downloadable material and indicative pricing are an invitation for you to make an enquiry.

Enquiries

Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond promptly but give no guaranteed response time through this channel.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to the technical assumptions recorded in it. If those assumptions change, the quotation may be revised.

Orders

An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing. Until then no contract exists, whatever correspondence has passed between us.

Where we make datasheets, CAD files, layout drawings or manuals available, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them internally to evaluate, specify, install or operate our equipment.

You may not redistribute those files publicly, sell them, remove our markings from them, or use them to design, manufacture or procure competing equipment. Documentation is provided as a snapshot at the time of download; always confirm you hold the current revision before relying on it for construction or safety purposes.

This website may link to third-party sites and resources, including certification bodies, partners and social platforms. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the content published here.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend the site for maintenance or technical reasons at any time.

Our liability in connection with the supply of equipment is dealt with in the contract for that supply, not here.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The courts of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which means we may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are established.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or establishment that cannot be varied by agreement. Where equipment is supplied under a contract that specifies a different governing law or forum, that contract prevails in respect of the supply.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. We will update the date shown at the top of this page when we make changes.

Severability

If any provision is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, and does not affect our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights under these terms. You may not assign yours without our written consent.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of this website.
