About HWArobotics

Shuttleand Beyond...

Asia’s number one shuttle ASRS provider, building the machines and the intelligence that runs them since 2007. Twenty thousand shuttles in, we are taking the platform worldwide.

About HWArobotics

Twenty years ahead of the aisle.

East Asia runs the most demanding warehouse operations on earth, at volumes and cycles rates that would break most systems. We became the continent’s leading shuttle ASRS provider inside that market, supplying platforms including Samsung, JD and SHEIN.

The engineering that survives East Asia’s peak season does not need softening for anywhere else. That is what we are now taking to North America, Europe and the Middle East, with offices already open in 10 locations.

Why system integrators pick us

Four things we will not compromise.

01

MATERIAL AND BUILD

Structure is where a shuttle either lasts fifteen years or does not. Ours is Q235B steel at 235 MPa yield minimum, powder coated to RAL 7035, on a chassis carrying sixteen driven wheels. Nothing in the load path is a cost decision.

Q235B STRUCTURAL STEEL

≥235 MPa yield, specified for continuous duty rather than nominal load

Multi DRIVEN WHEELS

Traction spread across the chassis, not concentrated on two axes

15,000 CHARGE CYCLES

Lithium titanate packs on the tote range, an order above typical

02

FLEET INTELLIGENCE

Any manufacturer can build a shuttle. The difficulty is a thousand of them deciding at once: routing around congestion, rebalancing before the peak arrives, holding sequence under replenishment load. We write that layer ourselves.

WCS AND WES SCHEDULING

Dispatch, traffic and order logic in one control layer, not three vendors

PHOTOELECTRIC AND RFID

Positioning to ±3 mm, verified continuously rather than assumed

DUAL-BAND 5 GHZ / 2.4 GHZ

Chosen for link integrity across a rack full of moving steel

03

WE BUILD THEM OURSELVES

Two plants, Chuzhou and Thailand, with ten-tonne overhead capacity and our own assembly lines. We are a manufacturer, not an integrator reselling someone else's hardware with a badge on it.

TWO MANUFACTURING PLANTS

Chuzhou in China and a second facility in Thailand

100 DAYS

Contract to delivery on standard configurations

≥96% AVAILABILITY

Measured to FEM 9 222, with mean time to repair under 30 minutes

04

SUPPORT THAT OUTLIVES THE SALE

Automation is a fifteen-year relationship. Ten locations across four continents exist so the engineer who commissions your system is reachable in your timezone for its whole working life.

TEN LOCATIONS

Four continents, with regional spare parts stock

REMOTE FLEET MONITORING

Health and predictive maintenance across the whole installed base

RETROFIT CAPABLE

Most systems go into buildings that are already running

How we got here

From one shuttleto twenty thousand.

The first shuttle ships

A single machine into a working warehouse. Everything since has been the same platform, refined against real duty rather than redesigned for a brochure.

Proving grounds

Chinese e-commerce scaled faster than any warehouse infrastructure in history. Systems that could not hold rate at peak did not survive the decade.

Number one in China

Leading provider of shuttle ASRS in the domestic market, running at scale for the largest platforms operating there, including JD and SHEIN.

The platform goes global

Singapore headquarters and subsidiaries opening across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

20,000 and counting

Ten locations and a platform spanning tote shuttles at 6m/s through to four-directional pallet machines operating at -25℃.

The intelligence layer

How the fleetacts as one.

Hardware is a solved problem. What seperates a system that hits its throughput on paper from one that hits it in December is the software deciding which shuttle moves, when, and in what order.

We develop the control layer against our own hardware rather than integrating someone else’s. When a fork sits 2mm out, it is a mechanical question until it becomes a scheduling one. Owning both is how it gets fixed instead of discussed.

01

Traffic and routing

Congestion avoided before it forms, not resolved after a shuttle is already waiting.

02

Predictive rebalancing

Inventory moved toward the pick face ahead of the peak, not during it.

03

Sequence integrity

First--in-first-out held across a flow rack while it is being replenished behind.

04

Fleet health

Every fault logged and self-diagnosed, so a pattern surfaces before a stoppage does.

Certification

Built to standardchecked by others.

Claims a buyer cannot verify are worth nothing. Every figure below is measured by a published standard or attested by a third party.

CE

Machinery directive

2006/42/EC/ across shuttle and hoist, with conformity verified by SGS across three seperate attestations.

ISO

ISO 14001:2015

Environmental management certified across design, manufacture, installation and maintenance.

FEM

FEM 9.222

System availability measured to the published European standard rather than to an internal definition.

MTTR

Mean time to repair

Under 30 minutes on the pallet platform. Availability without a repair time is only half a claim.
