Challenge

A "Super Factory" model demands seamless coordination between production and warehousing, any bottleneck in material flow can ripple through the entire manufacturing line. Lazzen's existing storage and material-handling processes relied heavily on manual intervention, limiting both storage density and the speed at which incoming materials could be buffered and sorted for production. As the facility scaled toward its smart-manufacturing vision, Lazzen needed a system capable of maximizing storage capacity while automating the buffering and sorting of materials to keep pace with continuous production demands.

HWArobotics deployed a high-density storage system integrated with automated buffer and sorting capabilities, purpose-built to support Lazzen's Super Factory model. High-density storage maximizes vertical space utilization, allowing the facility to hold significantly more inventory within its existing footprint.
